An in-person, 16-hour course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer with a test at the end. As a Certified ScrumMaster, one helps the Scrum Team perform at their highest level. Through the certification process, one learns the Scrum framework and gains an understanding of team roles, events, and artefacts.

This Electronic Content Management (ECM) course covered the ECM Specialist content including collaboration, capturing and creating content, automating document-centric processes, and ensuring security. The ECM Master track added implementation, strategy development, business/technology assessments, business case and information governance. This was an in-person training course followed by a case study assignment for assessment.
