  • My role is to help move Smart Pension towards a product led mission and improve strategic feature development, set OKRs for my teams, and champion my domain journeys.
  • My responsibility is to identify the customer need and value gained that a feature will fulfil, and determine what success looks like to drive objectives and key results.
  • I am also responsible for the product roadmap in my domain, slicing, prioritising and scheduling work for the engineering teams based on business objectives, value and capacity.
  • During my three years at Smart Pension, I have been recognised for my achievements and progressed from Product Owner, to Senior Product Owner, to Product Manager, and then Product Director. My duties also involve line management of all Product Owners in my domain. Additionally, I’ve been involved in Smart’s product practice community and mentorship program; mentoring and coaching other Product Owners to help them grow in their own roles.
